Bob Clardy is a highly experienced home inspector who has proudly called the Valley of the Sun home for over 50 years. As an ASHI Certified Inspector, he holds multiple credentials, including AZ BTR Licensed Inspector, AZDA Licensed (WDIIR), Pool & Spa Certification, and BPI Certification.

With more than 15 years of combined experience in home and commercial inspections, construction, and home performance, Bob is committed to delivering thorough, accurate, and reliable inspections.
