Diamondback Disaster Services has made a tough situation into one that we feel confident in. Our house recently had an upstairs tub overflow that was not connected properly and had leaked into our entry way on the main level. We called multiple companies and Diamondback not only scheduled us same day, but was fair and reasonable on pricing. They used top of the line technology to verify what was wet and where exactly the issue had spread. They also gave us multiple avenues to go down regarding how best to handle our particular issue. While I really hope this is the last time we need to use them, I know that if we do have a problem, there is only one phone call to make. We called Diamondback Disaster Services because of flooding in our basement due to heavy rainfall. Kolton was there within 30 minutes and dispatched a team that came shortly after that. The window broke and massive amounts of water flowed in Jesus and Juan helped remove the furniture so we could start tearing up the carpet. They got the basement dried out pretty quick.
