Construction will begin Thursday on The Switchyard, a $120 million multi-use project at the northeast corner of Ellsworth Loop and Ocotillo Road. Phase 1 will continue through February and will impact access to Queen Creek Library by closing the Ellsworth Loop entrance, moving ADA parking to the north, and replacing the drive-thru book drop with a walk-up option.
